Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Since prints are made to order, neither refunds or returns are given for a change-of-mind.

For a print that arrives damaged or faulty, we require notification within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the unopened packaging as well as the damaged artwork inside.
